A signed Windows service reads TallyPrime over its own XML gateway on localhost:9000. Read-only by default. Auto-updates, auto-recovers, shows its own sync health.

Raise a receipt, invoice or payment from the web or the phone. It queues, then posts into Tally when the connector next sees it.
AI that reads your Tally and never makes up a figure
Questions are resolved through the semantic layer, not by guessing SQL against raw tables. When the data can't support an answer, the analyst says so instead of inventing one — because a confident wrong number in an accounting app is worse than no number.
- Ask in plain English — “who owes me over 90 days”, “margin by item group this quarter”, “which items lost margin after the price revision”.
- Every answer cites its rows — measure, dimensions and record count, one tap from the voucher.
- Refusals over hallucinations — unmapped data returns a clear “I can't answer that from your books”.
The boring part, done properly
Reliability is the feature people switch for. Here is exactly what runs.
Incremental, idempotent sync
Per-entity cursors and replay-safe batch keys — not date-window re-pushes. A retried batch can never double-count a voucher.
Live sync status everywhere
The connector, the web console and the phone all show the same last-sync time and per-entity health. Silent staleness is the enemy.
Per-company sync key
The connector authenticates with a hashed, peppered key scoped to one company. A leaked key can write to nothing else.
Tenant isolation by construction
Tenant is pinned from the verified token only — never a header, body or URL. Cross-tenant reads 404 instead of leaking.
Data in India, DPDP-ready
Indian data residency, argon2id passwords, rotating tokens, audit logging, and read-only roles for the people who only need to look.

Questions we get asked first
Do I have to change how I use Tally?
No. You keep working in TallyPrime exactly as you do today. The connector reads Tally through its own XML gateway and is read-only unless you explicitly enable write-back.
Does my PC need to stay on?
Only for syncing. Your data lives in the cloud, so the apps keep working — with the last synced figures and a clear “as of” time — when the Tally machine is off.
How is “records” counted for the plan?
Rows synced into your cloud workspace in the term — masters, vouchers, inventory lines and outstanding bills. You see a live meter, get warned at 80% and 90%, and can add a record pack in one tap.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Full features for 7 days with no card. When it ends you get a clear activate prompt and a read-only grace window. Your synced data is retained through it.
Where do I sign in?
The web console is at tally.comsky.in/home — the same account works in the mobile app. The Windows connector is on the download page; install it on the machine running TallyPrime.
Can my CA or accountant get access?
Yes — invite them with a viewer or accountant role, scoped per company. Owners see everything; staff and CAs see only what you grant.
Can I send payment reminders on WhatsApp?
Yes, one tap from a party or a bill — with the outstanding statement attached. Email reminders are free; WhatsApp and SMS are priced transparently before you send.
